Never miss another emergency call.

OnCall Office answers the calls you can't get to — by text and by phone — and books the job into your calendar. Built for septic, well-pump, water-treatment and specialty contractors.30-day free trial, no contract, cancel any time.

Say you're a septic contractor and a homeowner has a backed up tank...

You're on the truck. The phone rings. You can't get it.

The homeowner with sewage backing up doesn't leave a voicemail. They call the next company on Google. Small contractors miss a large share of their inbound calls, and most of those callers never call back. Every one of them is a pump-out, a repair, or a replacement that went to someone else.

How it works

  • Step 1 — Miss a call. The caller gets a text in seconds from your number, in your name: "Hi, this is the office at [Your Company]. Sorry we missed you — what's going on with your system?"

  • Step 2 — We qualify and book the job. Address, what's happening, how urgent, new or existing customer. Standard jobs get quoted from your price sheet. The appointment lands in Jobber, Housecall Pro, or directly in your calendar. For anything non-standard or outside your immediate service area, details are gathered, summarized and delivered to you via text (no commitment made to the customer until you speak with him).

  • Step 3 — After hours calls. A phone agent that sounds like your office picks up. It does the same qualification and booking. True emergencies — backup, alarm, no water — get you called directly. Everything else waits until morning.

What you get

  • A text with a one-line summary of every lead

  • A daily recap of calls handled and jobs booked

  • A monthly report showing calls captured, jobs booked, and dollars recovered

  • Spanish-language support for callers who need it

  • Setup on your existing phone number — no new phone system, no app

What we never do
We never quote non-standard jobs, never promise arrival times you haven't set, and never give advice beyond your own FAQ. Anything unusual, we tell the caller you'll confirm and flag it to you.
